The OHHA Board and Membership Sections meet quarterly. The first quarter meeting is combined with the General Membership Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting is held during the OHHA Awards Banquet weekend. All meetings are open to the public unless otherwise noticed as a closed meeting, though the public will be excused during executive session.
