Ohio Attorney General David Yost has filed an Amicus Brief into the Kentucky Horseracing Integrity and Safety case, Oklahoma v. United States (5:21-cv-00104-JMH). Yost joins the USTA, HBPA, Alaska, Arkansas, Idaho, Mississippi, and Nebraska in opposing the constitutionality of HISA.
