HHHRP Trustees

Pursuant to HHHRP Trust, Trustees shall be appointed by the Ohio State Racing Commission to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Corporation and to hold and manage the assets of the Trust which form a part of this Plan and which is incorporated into this Plan, and any successor Trustee or successor co-Trustee as may thereafter be appointed by the Ohio State Racing Commission. Trust also provides for a “retirement committee” under Article 8, said Committee can be same for health and retirement. Retirement plan for horsemen is also codified in ORC § 3769.21.
