Pursuant to H.H.H.R.P. Trust Under H.H.H.R.P. Board of Trustees, are Trustees of the trust and shall from time to time be appointed by the Ohio State Racing Commission to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Corporation and to hold and manage the assets of the Trust which forms a part of this Plan and which is incorporated into this Plan, and any successor Trustee or successor co-Trustee as may thereafter be appointed by the Ohio State Racing Commission. Trust also provides for a “retirement committee” under Article 8, said Committee can be same for health and retirement. Retirement plan for horsemen is also codified in ORC § 3769.21.
